When I write an ebook, I use huge pieces of blank paper and pin them to the wall in my office and put down all my ideas into a time line. When I get bogged down, I just glance up and can easily see exactly where I am in the project and where I should be going next.

Once you have written the entire book, get someone you trust to read it as if they were a reader who had bought your work. Let them be your editor and be sure they are honest with you. An outsiders point of view may be very helpful in ironing out problems and also it may be a valuable way of gaining extra subject matter.
