Writing Articles - How to Produce Articles Like a Pro

If you are new to article writing, then it might take you a bit of time to write articles like a professional.

A professional will generate a number of articles on a regular basis.  Can you commit yourself to drafting three or four articles per day?

A professional writer knows how to construct an article so that it is compelling and will produce massive traffic.  Do each of your articles produce massive traffic?

It is not that difficult to do.  It is just a question of practicing and knowing what to do on a consistent basis.

So how do you produce articles like a pro?

1 - It is important that you choose the right topic.  The topic must be related to your line of business.  It must match the content of your website, so if your website gives information about pet cats, then it is important that your articles are  based on some aspect of pet cats, too.  For example, “How to Produce Healthy Cats”; “How to Ensure Your Cat Lives a Long and Healthy Life”; “How to Reduce the Cost of Looking After Your Cat”.  I think you get the idea here.  Just choose a topic that relates to your website.

2 - Drafting the title.  It is important that the title of your article is compelling and entices the reader to want to read the content of your article.  A compelling title would be something along the lines of “how to ….”; or “7 Steps to….”; or “How I …”; or “The top 10 Methods of…”; or “What is the hardest….” or “What is the best…”.
Once you have created your title, you should check over the internet to ensure no one has used your title before. If you do this you can monitor the progress of the propagation of your articles.

3 - How to organize your article.  Each one of your articles need to have a title, introduction, body and a conclusion.  The body of your article is very important, as this is where the basic information will be based.  It is best if you can list the information in numerical order from one to five, for instance.  That will entice the reader to continue to read your article.  Your article will be easier to read and will flow naturally.

4 - Use easy and friendly language when you write your article.  Imagine you are sipping coffee with a favorite friend in the coffee shop.  It is light hearted and easy-to-understand.  Ensure your article is grammatically correct and is free from typing errors.  Your articles should be between 350 and 450 words in length, as this is usually acceptable for the reputable article directories online.

5 - Add your biography.  Your biography must contain your link  that takes the reader to your website.  Your link should include a compelling call to action.  Your reader cannot but help click it to learn more about what you have available.  This is the basis of a successful article.

Drafting and creating articles can be easy once you learn the basics.  After two or three weeks, you should be quite familiar with the workings of drafting articles.  Within a short space of time, you, too, can be writing articles like a pro.
