4 Sources to Find Products to Resell on Ebay

If you decide to do business over e-bay you need to do your research on what product sells and which product is hard to sell. Sometimes determining what sells best can take sometime to figure out. Finding the right product to sell makes all the difference however sometimes a certain product may sell really well for one person while for another person it may never sell at all.

You can use the trial and error method to find out which product works for you. This method may not work for someone who is already stocked with merchandise.

Below are a few tips:

Go to large wholesale discount stores and choose from the products they have, for example, Costco. Most of these wholesale stores offer huge discounts on products sold in bulk. You can buy these products in bulk and then resell them on e-bay. They offer great, cheap deals on merchandise like, grills or toys or DVD's. You thus get to choose from a variety of products. This should help determine a product that sells well on eBay.

Dollar stores are great options too. You get to buy products at really cheap rates and resell them on e-bay. This is a great way of testing what product sells especially since you will not loose out on a lot of money. Dollar stores can surprise you with their quality. Sure enough, you will find products of very poor quality but you will be surprised that you can find products of great quality too. Buying products from dollar stores and selling them online for nearly 10 times their price will definitely fetch you a huge profit.

Surprisingly, garage sales too are a sure way of finding products that sell on eBay. Garage sales usually take place every other weekend. You can find antique furniture, computer games, video games, DVD's or even clothes at garage sales. All of these will sell on e-bay. All these products can help you determine what will sell best. You can use them for your trial and error method and even if they do not sell, it will not cost you too much and you will not run into any loss.

Recently I just started using the tools available at nawca.org. The North American Co-op Association has been around for about 7 years from what I can see. I really feel that sometimes it can be difficult to use the methods above to build a sustainable business because it can be difficult to restock your products. You defiantly can pick up some bargains, but it may be more cost effective to source your wholesale products online. The most important thing is to find what works best for you and your income goals.
