I live in florida and my son's father lives in NY. He does not call or rally look for my son. He finallty came to see him a year after we moved out here and wants to take him to ny in january. my son is 3yrs old. Considering he only looks for my son when his family has an "event" and doesnt know anything about him the rest of the year can the courts force me to let him go with his father out of state? I had a fall from work. I had to have screws put in my ankle and bone fusion. I now wear orthodicts, although the specialist I'm trying to get has authorized another type of orthodicts since these hurt (but if I didn't have these I wouldn't even be able to stand let alone walk). My question is I put my orthodicts in my sandals I wear, since they are the most comfortable "shoes" I have. I need to know if there are sandals made to put orthodicts in that have the heel lip this article talks about. I've done some looking, but with no real luck. Thanks for your help.
