Full service, multi-channel eCommerce and eMarketing agency e-inbusiness has been working with The Conran Shop to revitalise its current eCommerce proposition with the relaunch of its US, UK and French eCommerce sites.
The Conran Shop launched its first eCommerce proposition with e-inbusiness in early 2007 but was keen to redevelop three of its key eCommerce sites: US, UK and France to reflect a more forward thinking online shopping experience. The project focused on the redesign of a new site front end that would align the site closer to the Conran Shop brand and experience whilst improving accessibility, customer interaction and enhancing the overall user experience.
Working with e-inbusiness a comprehensive site review was carried out using web analytics to look at page conversion rates, site functionality and page effectiveness levels. From this research, the project team designed and implemented a complete front end site redesign across all three sites. Launched at the beginning of August 2008, early indicators suggest that the site relaunches have been a resounding success with all three sites now providing Conran Shop customers with a more engaging and branded customer experience across every touch point.
The first Conran Shop opened in 1973 on Fulham Road in London. Now with eight stores, Conran Shops can be found in London, Paris, New York, Tokyo, Fukuoka and Nagoya and is regarded as one of the leading high quality home furnishings retail businesses in the world.
