2. Minimal promotion
Prioritize advertising. This is very essential particularly with online stores. Do not make the mistake of just building your online store website and waiting for people to visit it.
3. Poor communication
Make sure that you post your contact details visibly on the website you have. People tend to choose to purchase from a website that they feel they can trust. By making it a point to have your contact information available to clients, they would feel that they would be able to get access to support if they would need it.
4. Not updating your services and products
You would have to make it a point that you are regularly updating your online store website. Make sure that you are able to add any new products or services and remove those that are no longer in stock or no longer available.
5. No return policy
Set a good return policy that is prominently displayed on your online store website so that you are able to provide confidence and assurance for your clients.
