Hi, does anyone know how to go about writing a proposal to attend an out of state training conference. I work for the federal gov and there are training ops all over the US. I will cover the expense but want to be carried as "training" instead of exausting my annual leave time. These trainings will benefit the gov in the long run. relatively new agency so havent heard or seen this type of request before.
