I have a balcony with a concrete floor. There is a leak at the edge where the concrete meets the stocco of the house wall becasue the roofer did not install high enogh flashing. I tried to seal it but due to the movements and to weather conditions it crack and the leak starts again.
What is your advice to me as to the best sealent I can use to seal the crack and stop the leak.
