  • Define the terms, if, you are using any ambiguous ones. Explain the main theme of your coursework in a simple manner
  • Using first person should be avoided, instead use third person
  • Define concisely and precisely because it is not necessary  that one’s idea matches the other ones

  • Proper use of grammar and tenses will help you creating an over lasting image on your readers.
  • Using acronyms along with its description is admired by the reader. Make this a habit to give explanation with acronym at the first time.
  • The sentences should be appropriately linked with each other. Define a significant issue at a time in a paragraph.
  • Direct addressing the readers can create a harsh image of yours.try to give a little explanation before you comes to the point
  • Use phrases carefully, avoid using terms having similar or more than one meaning
  •  A link verb should be avoided in starting a sentence and same law is applied to contractions
  • An unnecessary prolonged sentence can make your reader bore of your writing
