College Pride Organization

There are many organizations nowadays which are connected with the studying and education. One of such organizations is The College Pride Organization, which was founded in 1997. The main goal of such student`s organization is to organize the school counseling of the gay students and youth. The people from this organization make as much as possible to prove other people that gays are normal people and others must have tolerant attitude to them. This organization works all over the United States of America.

Besides other activities, members of the College Pride arrange different types of presentations and produce articles concerning the problems of the gay youth in the United States and all over the world. As a result of the College Pride activities many colleges and universities became tolerant to the gay youth. Besides, in many educational institutions appeared their own Pride Groups, which give the gay people their support and make as much as possible to make their studying process emotionally positive.
The College Pride collaborates with other organizations which support and defend the human rights. Among such organizations are: National Association for College Admission Counseling and Human Rights Campaign. Besides, College Pride has many contacts with similar organizations in other countries of the worlds and the members of such organization make the international gay friendship closer and stronger.
When the young gay people study in the college and university they collide with many psychological problems. The main problems are the rejection, intolerance and even violence from other students who do not understand their style of life. As a result many gay people have fears and do not attend the college. The Pride College makes as much as possible to make the studying environment for such people better and more comfortable. There are many professional who work in the organization and they have wide experience in this sphere.
