Competition mis-utilized

Through competition we get competent people and the country goes ahead with efficient people. But here in India when the people are poor and are not getting all the facilities of life, facilities in education, in training and in selection, this concept of competition is often misutilized. The state could not bring all at a par and therrefore, the people who are rich and powerful, they are getting the upper hand in all the competitions. They are giving all facilities to their wards and therefore, wards of the rich are getting proper education, proper training and proper preparation and that is the reasoan they are fairing well in the competitions and all those who are not with proper euducation and training they are life behind and often they are deployed as minial workers and they are not allowed higher jobs nor they could set up higher range works because they have got no money with them. So the concept of equality which is available in all the constitutions is always misutilized and it was never utilized correctly. The states may be giving some occasional benefits to common people in shape of stipends, in shape of fee concessions, in shape of free supply of books and other items of stationery, but these occasionsl favours would not bring the youths who could compete with those who had been having all these facilities without any break. Here in India we had introduced the concept of reservation through which we are posing that we are giving right of equal opportunity to the down people, but still this concept could be available to a chosen few and most the people in these reserved catetories are not getting all these favours. We shall have to accept that once a poor, all the generations shall be poor and shall not be allowed to compete with the rich and even democracies failed to give to the people opportunity to compete with the better established people. The poor should not dare to compete with the rich and must accept poverty as his final fate.
