It is not easy to find a place where to study that will satisfy all your demands. There are many factors that can influence your decision about what college to choose. However, there are several basic DOs and DON'Ts that you must consider before choosing a college.

How to choose a right college: DO's for students

1.Make some thinking about who you want to be and what you want to do in the future

2.Surf on- line and pick several colleges that you like most of all

3.Decide whether you want to study in your native country or foreign country

4.Consider the financial side: find out all relevant information tuition fees, insurance fees, books and supply costs

5.Decide whether you want to live in a student residence or rent your own housing

6.Decide if you want to share room or live by yourself

7.Find out about different scholarships, loans and grants. There might be a possibility for you will cover your program expenses

8.Find out about sports and activities offered by college

9.Find out about meal plans. Are they mandatory?

How to choose a right college: DON'Ts for students

1.Do not follow other people's opinion when you choose college. Take their opinion into consideration, but remember that you are the only one who can make this decision.

2.Do not waste your time on reading unnecessary blogs and listening to unnecessary stories about admissions to a certain college.

3.Do not think that it is easy to get into any college. You have to work hard and to do your best to get education that you want.

4.Do not think that college life is easy and consists of parties only. There is always place for fun when you study hard.
