Evening Courses
Evening Courses and Part Time Learning in Ireland
Albert Einstein once said "It is a miracle that curiosity survives formal education". Many people look on education and learning with distaste, recollecting their past experiences of homework filled evenings and exam pressures. Luckily though once the teenage years are over and progression begins into further education learning becomes much more bearablet, studying now relates more to subjects and topics of interest. A career path will have been more or less chosen and education becomes a means of furthering life aspirations.
Education can be used on a part time basis to further progress a chosen career or to change direction into a new area or speciality. If unhappy in a current position, evening courses can be a great way of maintaining your financial situation while taking opportunity to gain new skills which will help in taking a new direction. Part time learning can also be a great way of pursuing a hobby or leisure activity. There are many Arts and Crafts courses, music courses, fitness courses and other leisure/hobby courses which can help improve skills in these areas whilst meeting other people with similar interests and having an enjoyable social evening.

Unfortunately, in my grade 12 year, a family emergency arose and I realized that being two provinces away was ridiculous and I would only be able to come home twice a year.
