In addition, such institutions stimulate their students to participate in such activities, providing an array of options to choose from, e.g. sports, theatre, science clubs, and others. However, what should a student do when he/she lacks an interest in these activities given by the college? There are some activities that can be defined as extracurricular, without the need for specific skills or interests, and that might not even demand the involvement of the college. Among such activity is community service. In that way, the article provides an overview of community service as a good option for extracurricular activities.
