As part of the Nationally-recognized Empire Education Group, the Hair Design School boasts six campus locations throughout Kentucky -- and has much to offer to aspiring hair stylists, estheticians, makeup artists, nail technicians, and other beauty professionals.
With the "Empire Edge," students enrolled in the 1,800-hour cosmetology program at the Hair Design School gain CLiC (Certified Learning in Cosmetology) and Success Dynamics to help nurture essential skills for success. In addition to practical training in hair cleaning, cutting and styling techniques, students learn the various color and texture methods, as well as skin care, makeup artistry, nail technology, and critical business development, and more.
The esthetics program at the Hair Design School is very comprehensive. Entailing 1,000 training hours, students participating in the esthetics course learn vital skills in how to administer facials and facial massage, aromatherapy, waxing, makeup application, and other techniques.
If you like nail art, then the 600-hour nail technology program at the Hair Design School will introduce you to various aspects of the field, including manicures, pedicures, wraps (silk and fiberglass), and more.
Other educational options at the Hair Design School include a 1,000-hour educator training program and a Dermalogica training program.
In the current job market, individuals require up-to-date skills and education to successfully compete and achieve rewarding careers in the beauty industry. This is just one of the many reasons and advantages as to why prospective students may want to schedule a tour at the Hair Design School today.
*Check campus for program availability.
