How to Use School Laminators

There are many tools which are very useful for school pupils. One of such tools is the laminator. There are many things which must be taken into account while using of the laminator. First of all you have to learn how to use special film and to load it correctly. If the people use such film incorrectly, they can ruin the machine. After wreck of the film you have to clean the machine off. In general there are four main ways to avoid glue on the rollers. Try to remember the following rules:
1. Begin to laminate only in the situation when one roller is loaded.
2. Try to use in the same time two widths of film
3. One roll of film for laminator must run out when the second roll is continued to run.
4. Do not forget that shiny side of film must face the rollers. In the same time the other side must face out.
Pay attention also on the following methods and steps which can help you to replace laminating films.
1. Switch on the main power. If the laminator is hot, let the machine cool before continuing.
2. Before removing of the feed table, check is both rolls of laminator are mounted.
3. Cut top and bottom of the film webs. Do not cut the rollers. In this case you can damage them.
4. The shied must be in upright position.
5. Pull down top piece of laminating film.
6. Pull the laminating film out of laminator.
7. Remove core adapter.
8. Check the position of the film in the laminator machine. Tight the screw.
9. Remove upper film roll. Ensure that laminating film unrolls from bottom of machine.
10. Slide the threading card between feed tray and laminating film.
11. Finally, press run and when card will come out of the machine, press button Stop.
