Today, natural health training encompasses a wide array of holistic and complementary medicines, including educational programs in wellness, holistic practice, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), herbal medicine, and reflexology, among others.

Students who wish to enroll in these particular academic programs should know that many natural health training programs like these require a certain set of prerequisites, and are often course-intensive; requiring a fair amount of time (usually exceeding 4,000 training hours) and dedication.
