Summer is the time to feel relaxed and look forward to outdoor activities like enjoying in the beach, playing sports like basket ball, fishing or even turning to painting and taking care of garden work and so on. When a parent rushes for scholarship after the college is reopened after summer, there is bound to be a lot of anxiety and tension and there is a high chance of making mistakes in the application forms, in which case, the scholarship would be declined to the particular student. Therefore, to win a scholarship, it is good to start early in the summer and progress slowly and steadily.

The academic performance of the students is also influential in determining the scholarship and some students may perform well in the last two years than in their previous years. Hence, a wise parent should begin scholarship activities in summer and thus avoid tension for both the student and the parent.
