Proper education and proper training

The man on this earth is not better than an animal if he is not given proper education and proper training. And the countries and the families which are not giving to their members proper education and proper training are backward countries and backward families. The people who understood this fact they are trying to give to the people of their country proper education and proper training and that is the reason those countries are going ahead and the people where the families and the state fail to give to the people proper education and proper training, they are remaining backward and there shall be no chance to advancement.
Man is an animal and he had been living like an animal for centuries when he could turn a social being when he started to live in herds and then in families. The man had been lucky that he could develop relations to such an extent that he established this marriage and home system on this earth and through these two institutions he could separate himself from the animals. Since his brain has got more memory and memory retaining powers, he could develop himself and we have noted that this man started from stone age and now he is talking to the skies. All these developments in the fields of science and technology have given booster to the man and in a very near future, he shall be finding out new places on planets to settle and he shall actually settle there.
Every man on this earth is complete and we should take him complete and must try to bring him at par with all others and all his intellect, energy, power, wisdom must be utilized to the full and it shall be possible only when he is given proper education and proper training. These two items are the base of development of the man and the families and the countries which failed in these two fields are actually enemies of their members and they are creating Hell for their own members.
Time has come when all the families and all the countries must take up these two tasks first of all and they must ensure that within the next ten years they shall be writing off illiteracy from their families and from their countries and they shall see that every man is trained in one of the professions, trades, callings and employments and he must be adjusted in those professions, trades, callings and employments. Then the man shall be developing himself and shall not be dependant upon the family and upon the state.
Some of the states and some of the families have already taken up these jobs and they are going ahead, but there are families and countries still in existence, where they are not giving proper education tot he wards and that is the reason they are not getting proper training and that is the reason most of the people are unemployed and are creating more and more burden on the earning members of their families. Uneducated people, unemployed people and unadjusted people shall be creating more and more troubles for the remaining members in the countries and shall never allow them to go ahead. Therefore, all the countries and all the families must take this job without any further delay and they must see that all members in their families are given proper education and proper training and they shall see that they shall be pushing their families and countries forward and shall be joining the line of developed countries.
