Eligibility criteria:

To get admission in diploma course, you just need to be a simple graduate from a recognized university. For general category students to get into masters program the cut off marks in graduation is 50%. For Sc and ST candidates, it is 45% in graduation. Many institutes conduct screening test or admission tests for the students to qualify.
