The most recent consumer digital cameras use a Bayer filter mosaic in combination with an optical anti-aliasing filter in order to reduce the aliasing caused by the less sampling of the different primary-color images.
With the change of time, no doubt, taking photographs are no more the same. With more companies launching new digital cameras every day, and new technology being introduced, things won’t be the same anymore. Who knows, what is in store after a decade. May be photography, without digital camera. Cool!
