The complete offer of gear motors by Key Automation for sliding gates represents one of the strengths of our company. These gear motors are strong, resistant and able to satisfy and fit to different kinds of installations.
The range TURBO includes systems for the automation of sliding gates from 300Kg to 4000Kg. We would like starting to explain these system from the smallest one; TURBO 30, the gear motor 24Vdc for sliding gates of maximum 300Kg.
TURBO 50 is indeed a gear motor studied for the automatic gates from 400Kg up to 800Kg. This line is available in the versions with and without control board, with mechanical or magnetic limit switch and also with gradual departure and slowdown in closure.
TURBO 70 was created for gates up to 1200Kg with mechanical or magnetic limit switch and with gradual departure and slowdown in closure.
TURBO 100, line introduced last year to complete the range of systems for sliding gates and to fill the gap between lines TURBO 70 and TURBO 200, it’s also available in the version without control board, with magnetic or mechanical limit switch for gates up to 1600Kg.
TURBO 200 is the gear motor with gradual departure and slowdown in closure, for gates up to 2500Kg and available with and without control board and with pinion M4 or M6, in 230Vac or 400Vac.
To conclude, TURBO 400 for sliding gates up to 4000Kg with pinion M6 and in 400Vac.
