Not enough can be said about monthly charges based on the number of email addresses that you have signed up. In other words, some email marketing services prefer to charge a flat rate or that you purchase the software up front, but how does that help anyone when all you have are twenty or thirty emails at first? Vertical Response allows you the ability to pay for only the number of email subscribers you have, but that is done in quantities of 500 and up.
In this day and age, there is not enough quality customer support, regardless of the company that you're dealing with, and Vertical Response's level of support is so high that it makes us want to run into the streets and shout it out to everyone.
