This medium takes you directly to the customer instead of waiting for the customer to visit your website and see your products. An entrepreneur can repeat sales using this medium that encourages customer loyalty. The clients can communicate their queries and problems to you. This medium encourages two-way communication that encourages feedback from the customer. Such kind of communication helps the marketer in building healthy customer relationship.
