Email Marketing Tip - How to Build a Responsive Email Marketing List Effortlessly

One method I found that works well for myself, and with others, is a good email marketing list. These lists are simply lists containing the email addresses of people who want to subscribe to my message, be that a blog, a website, or an email blast.

Email lists act as a type of community.  These are solid leads when it comes to sales. Email lists save an enormous amount of time and money when it comes to finding new sales leads.  When a business owner is first advertising their products and services, they are doing a cold search, meaning that they are reaching out to people who have never heard of them.  When they attract people to opt in to their email subscriber list, they have now obtained a warm or hot lead list.  A warm lead means that the person has heard of your product or service, but they are on the fence. They need more information to be sold.  A hot lead is a person who not only has heard of your product and service, but they desire your product and service, and they are ready to buy.  Of course, hot leads are the best. But warm leads can be converted into hot leads. In any case, email opt in subscriber lists create both warm and hot leads.  Both categories of leads contain the email addresses of people who at the very least are interested in what you have to say or sell.

So after you have created an email opt in list for your site, how do you keep your subscribers interested? And how do you go about gaining those prized email addresses in the first place?

First, you have to make it worth their while to sign up. Many people are creating reports, audios, ebooks, and other products that are related to the main product or service. Here's the rub; they are giving these products away for free!  Why would someone want to give away freebies?  Because first, people LOVE freebies!  They will stick to you like bees to candy if you offer them great product for free.  Also, giving away freebies endears people to your products, services, or your cause.  Beyond this, people will begin to understand the importance of your products or services when they become engaged in your freebies. To simplify the explanation, they will want to be part of your world, and they will want to be attached to what you produce when they like and trust you.

So now that you've got everyone's attention, you would keep marketing your opt-in page, your freebies, and keep engaged with your email list community.  Send them emails on a periodic basis. Do this enough for them to remember you, but not so much as to get on their nerves.  If you do these things, you'll start to see a turn-around, where you no longer have to so the cold lead hunt so much.  The warm and hot leads will start to drive enough revenues for you to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
