Are you a leader?

Are you a leader? This question should be asked of yourself when thinking about starting a business or any adventure you may choice. Sometimes it is more comfortable to stay inside your box and thats ok, but when you are looking to be a leader you must break outside the box and do things mabey you aren't so comfortable with. This is how we learn new things and jump into new territory that can bring you great results if you think a little differently. Being a leader, you don't always play it safe you tend to go for the glory and jump right in. That isn't for most people that could be frightening for some especailly in this economy we live in now. But with saying that there is another side to that when you start your business its crucial where you plant yourself where you start. Lingering with doubt won't get you anywhere but putting your all into it will give you real accomplishment.

All to often we think the only leaders out there are the ones who are making the big money like bill gates just to name one which yes he is a true leader but you can also fill those shoes and become a leader in your own right. Leaders are not born they are made and you are capable of doing great things as a leader. But it is a choice you choice whether you want to become a leader or not. When taking on that role something inside is triggered and what you thought was impossible becomes possible. What separates leaders from the rest is a will that never gives up and keeps going even when failure has occured. Success doesn't happen over night but having a passion and drive for learning and achieving helps the proccess.

The apple doesn't fall to far from the tree when it falls pick it up and keep moving. Making savvy decisions over necessity very important to see the choices you make could either be a hit or not. Leaders reinvent themselves to create lasting credibility. Let your Entreprenuerial side be your drive.

Leaders have vision, imagination, stay true to themselfs, accountability, compassion for others, take massive action, set standards, confidence, and welcomes a challenge. When you wake up in the morning do you feel a pull to lead? When you have that gift to lead you are a leader. Leaders are leaders in there actions and thats what drives them to be.
