Bouncing N CASH Inflatable Sales & Training www.bouncingncash.com 1-888-317-7013
I would first like to start off by saying that I have been in the inflatable rental business for nearly 20 years, within that span of time I have seen companies come and go. The companies that have lasted in my market have been the ones that have secure their base, meaning their repeat business.
In this series I will teach you everything you need to know to get started making money the first weekend your units arrive. So if you are new to our industry then let me be the first to welcome you to the Party Rental Business, and please allow yourself to enjoy the journey.
1. Passion
You can probably tell from the volume of articles I've written that I am very excited about birthday party rentals. You have to have a passion for entertaining children if your going to last as long as I have in the business. Here is the real reason why I love birthday party rentals: As long as there is a child on this earth, there will be a birthday party celebration.
If you are sitting there wondering how, or if you can make money in this business just think for a second of how many people you know who have small children? Now multiply that number times 10. I asked you to multiply that number times 10 because 10 is the average amount of kids that will attend a birthday party.
There is another reason that I love this business so much and that is because, parents are now sending more and more money on birthday parties regardless of the economy.
2. Its not easy money – But its good money
This not a get rich quick business, however you do have the opportunity to build wealth over time. Following this coaching series will help you avoid a lot of rookie mistakes I made when first starting out, however like any legitimate business you will still have to pay your dues. What I mean by paying your dues is that there is a learning curve if you are new to the party rental business.
When I first started out I was blessed to have a booked out weekend right from the start, but that was probably the worst thing that could have happen. I entered into the party rental business with an pre rehearsed plan for if it didn't work, but I didn't have a plan for if it actually work.
I had 10 parties scheduled for Saturday, and another 10 parties schedule for that Sunday. Other then the first delivery, we ran late for every other delivery for the rest of the day. My last castle was delivered at 2:00 for a party that started at 11am.
There is nothing in the world worst than to show up late for a child's first birthday party, you have yet to be cursed out to that degree trust me. Now the reason we ran late had nothing to do with getting an early start because we left for the first delivery at 6:30am, the problem was everything that happened once arrived at the first delivery.
Everything I learned from experience, I learned in that one day. My first day in the business was so horrible that I wanted to sell all of my units and quit. I'm glad I didn't quit because I went on to master my business, and it has rewarded my commitment a hundred times over. We can help you aviod many of the mistakes I made, but it will require a great deal of effort on your part .

Monsters, Bees, & Dogs – How the Silly Fears Limit Our Potential
By: Matthew Toone | 28/11/2009People everywhere are far more scared of actually accomplishing their dreams than they are of failing to achieve them. My Business Success Story, After it Failed … Twice
By: Matthew Toone | 28/11/2009In March 2008, I had an experience that I am positive many of us have had – perhaps several times. It all started with an IDEA in my mind! I had been talking with a friend on the phone and he mentioned something to me that sparked a business idea that I knew would work, and that I was extremely passionate about. However, much like everyone who has good ideas and dreams, I spent too much time listening to the voices of fear and doubt that I thus never acted on those ideas.
