We predict a possible slowdown in December and January, and then thing should continue to appreciate. Web properties have appreciated on average 48% per years for the last 8 years. We see no reason for this
appreciation to slow down at all.
The depreciation of the US dollar has brought in the big spenders from overseas. People from India, Pakistan, China, Europe, and Australia have been investing in the internet boom for a while, both directly and indirectly. Krassenstein's sale goes to show that an internet forum can fetch big bucks. Although the price was undisclosed,reports have the forum being valued in the high 6 figure range. earnings max.
