Friends & Business/friends & Dreamteams

Everybody will want to be your friend when you become rich, what is the problem with that? There is nothing wrong with having too many friends but the truth of the matter is all your friends are divided into four categories.

1) Fiends that are happy for you and the success that you have achieved.
2) Friends who only pretend to be your friends so that they can enjoy what you have.
3) Friends who are there to laugh at your downfall.
4) Friend who only pretend to be your friends simply because you have what they don't.

Friendship is very tricky and at the same time important. No matter how many times some people may want to deny it , everybody has a heart ,not many people will want to see you fall but to be honest some of them will. Whenever ones becomes successful he or she want to take one or two friends on the ride of the success but to be honest it mostly doesn't work.

I always like personalizing my story to make it real and to show you how life is. When I decided that I wanted to become a millionaire and do business. I decided to form a team but I made a mistake when I made my team a component of all my friends. Yeah at first they seemed dedicated but at the end of the day it was so tricky and unfruitful.

Everybody is born with a dream but not all of us have the same dream, some of us want to become millionaires but some of us want to become other things and there is no problem with that. Real Friends care for each other and would do anything to protect the feelings of the other person. My team did all that I wanted them to but at the end of the day they were not doing this to better themselves, they were doing this to please me as their friend and to fulfill their commitment but the truth of the matter is this was my dream and I was forcing them into it.

Whenever you want to form a team, make sure that the team you are forming shares a common goal or dream, the worst mistake you can ever make is force somebody to your dreams. We all have different dreams and wants and this leads to a difference in the measure of dedication that we put to the implementation of the dreams. All that am trying to say is make sure that when you are forming teams, look for people who share a common interest and then move on, never force people to share your dream.
