Gaining Success on Business not Depend on Capital

Do not be surprised that people are eager to be employer than entrepreneur. To be employer are saver than entrepreneur, said one of my friend, because they have salary every month and Insurance guarantee after retirement. But the world changing, global crisis financial makes many factories collapse and many employers jobless so that people difficult to find a new job. Although the crisis financial global have not end yet, but people hesitate to be entrepreneur. They always give one argument that has no capital. Is it true that capital is important tool to start a new business? The realities said that starting a new business not depends on capital only, but consider others side that new entrepreneur must have,

1. Change your mindset from employer to entrepreneur.
Do not blame your mother, family, friends or environment. Why do people like working hard and loyal to their company, job, managed by others. Yes, the education always teaches how to be good employer and work to others than to be entrepreneurs. We must change our mindset beginning today. Becoming employer is the same position with entrepreneur. Being entrepreneur need working hard, discipline and loyal also. The difference is, employer devote and work to others, but entrepreneur works for our self. Although you have a lot of money to invest, but you are lazy to work, not discipline, not loyal, failure will come to you so soon.

2. Persistent, commitment and never give up.
Starting a new business has to face challenges. The most difficulties one, finding a new customers, and building image because no one know your business yet. You must spend a lot of money for promotion in the first year. Keeping quality products, excellent service is becoming the first action. We some time feel stress and desperate as a beginner as if our business never make progress. The first year, two possibilities to face, success or failure. Keep your persistent, commitment and never give up. If your business only makes little progress, find the solution and keep focus on one business. We some time change our mind to start others business, because we are never patient to face difficulties.

3. Skill and experiences.
Do not only complain that we do not enough capital so that we can not starting a new business. People tend to be failed in their business, because of has not enough skill and experiences in their field. Starting to collect the most interest one in your life, perhaps find in your hobby, change it into business. Do not hesitate to spend money for training, attending seminar related to your field. To avoid spending much money, learn from Internet or reading book in the Library.

4. Avoid spending much money to invest and paying employer.
Consider, not getting employer to do your business, try do it by your self, beside training your skill and get much experiences from practices. You had better spend your capital for promotion so that you can get a new customer easily.
