Instead of plodding through the torturous, often “inch forward, fall and roll miles back” kind of trial and error growth of business, it would most assuredly be the ultimate route to take if you could have a number of years of experience along with all of the knowledge that it would provide as a tool of precision in your arsenal, but what if you’re just beginning in this line of work and as a result you simply have no experience of your own at all yet?

Fortunately, an insanely simple fix for this does indeed exist… now, what would you suppose it could be? Yes, it’s all made possible through the use of something some have decided to call “OPE”, otherwise known as “Other Peoples Experience”! Many who have been in this line of work for years of their lives have afterward moved on to take up the more fulfilling work of mentoring those of us who are just now in our beginnings of starting out in this profession. Seek out these wise teachers so that you can reap the treasures of all the wisdom that they have acquired through many illustrious years of experience – this is how to become a talent manager in the most successful manner.
