When choosing a conference chair, you want the chair to be comfortable, especially when some of your meetings may run longer than expected. You will want sturdy steel frames, smoothly adjusting backrests, height and tilt controls, and padding and upholstery that is thick and will last a long time.
Conference chairs should also accent the colors and feel of the room, without detracting from the reasons your clients or team is there. You want the colors to blend in with the rest of the room, not so contrasting that it has more conversations than you do.
When picking out a chair, make sure you find ones with a good warranty, one that covers the frame, working parts, and some may even warranty against damages to upholstery. Getting a good warranty will ensure that even if something does happen to the chair it can be replaced for little or no out of pocket expenses.
