I want to tell you a quick (but important) story.
During my senior year of college I decided that I wanted to earn a little extra M-O-N-E-Y
Actually, if I'm being honest - I wanted to earn 5 figures a month- lol
Anyways...
I was up late one night and saw an infomercial with a guy named, Don Lapre. He was selling a "home study" type of kit where you could
make extra c-a-s-h by just placing tiny classified ads in the newspaper (maybe you remember seeing this infomercial)
I ordered the kit, and when I got it I ripped it open. I skimmed through the contents and then my roommate came home so I hid it under the bed (I didn't want anyone to know what I was doing ;-)
I didn't bother looking at the kit again and as the weeks progressed I started to place ads in newspapers. Over the next few months I lost about $600 trying to make this "classified ad" idea work.
One day while vacuuming, I found the kit. I sat down and started reading through the contents.
Well...what do you know!!!
Most of the stuff I learned while trying to figure it out on my own was right there in the kit that had been sitting under my bed collecting dust.
I could have massively reduced my learning curve had I just taken 2-3 hours and sat down and READ the information that I paid for.
Here's my point...
Too often in our success journey we pay for information and then we don't actually do anything with it. This makes no sense logically but
I guess the excuse is that we are human (pretty lame excuse if you ask me).
Have you ever been in the situation I just described?
Well whether or not you've been there, the important thing now that you're aware of it is to make sure that it doesn't happen again.
You can start by actually reading any of the information on M.L.M Success you've purchased or received in the past
You can also make sure that if you have any motivational CD's that have been sitting around collecting dust, that you crack open the case and actually listen to them!
Once I started realizing the importance of actually taking advantage of the information being given to me my income started to increase!
I found that most of my questions were answered before I even knew that I had them. I also found that I started having a better understanding of how to play the "success game".
No doubt that if you start taking advantage of what you've got right in front of you...then your life will start to change for the better too.
