When talking about the Cause(s) of Rains, the Bible declares that
The Lord Commands: I will command the clouds not to rain, I will send a plague among my people, I also withheld rain from you, I will rain down bread from heaven, I will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones and burning sulfur on many nations. And the Lord says: "you have the brazen look of a prostitute; you refuse to blush with shame"; "say to the land, 'You are a land that has had no rain"
In respect to the Effects on the Earth, the Bible says that the rain made the trees grow, because there is no rain in the land; the farmers are dismayed and cover their heads, Land that drinks in the rain often falling on it, it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops. Also, the Bible says:" These men have power to shut up the sky so that it will not rain during the time"
On the other hand, the Quran declares that the Rain is a great blessing, the Rain has certain measure, the Rain is for Drink and Plant formation, the Rain makes the Earth Green, the Rain Produces Plants, Fruits, and Trees etc. the Rain gives life to the Dead Earth and Allah is capable to give life to the Dead, the same way as the Rain gives life to the Dead Earth!

"Do you not see" is mentioned three times in the Bible and 33 times in the Quran. This is one of the rare examples of an issue that is mentioned in the Quran more frequently in comparison to the Bible. The Bible used "Do you not see" to talk about what happened in Judah and "all these things".
On the other hand, the Quran used "Do you not see" to talk about four main scientific issues, five historical topics and 11 theological themes

According to the Bible, 1) The Lord said that the backsliding Israel, played the harlot, 2) the evil spirit from the Lord (God) was upon Saul, 3) David played before the Lord. Also, the Bible says: Let the Lord command to seek out a man, who is a cunning player on an harp in order to calm down the evil spirit from the Lord; the Lord do that which seemeth him good and when the minstrel played, that the hand of the Lord came upon him.
On the other hand, the Quran says that Allah created the heavens and the earth (and us) NOT in PLAY! It is the People who are playing even when listening to their Lord's message(s). Then the Quran gives an example of a conversation between a Messenger and his people; and the Quran provides a question from Allah to whom who it may concern:"Did you think that We had created you only for play, and that you would never be returned to Us?"

We have seen that Allah does not love (1) the disbelievers, 2) the arrogant, 3) those who reject faith, 4) the proud and the boastful and 5) any swaggering braggart, strutting in his steps; and there is an essential association between the disbelief and the arrogance.
