Signature Powerball – Opening Up a Whole New World in Strength Training

Gym workouts are among the best ways to lose excess weight and strengthen your muscles. But gym memberships can be expensive and the routines can become monotonous and eventually boring. Fortunately, a whole new world in strength training has been opened with the introduction of the Signature Powerball.

This exciting gadget cannot be any more different from the usual dumbbells and other gym equipment. For starters, the Signature Powerball is only about the size of a tennis ball and weighs less than a pound. It is very compact and can easily be taken along when you travel.

The exterior design of the Signature Powerball makes it look very much like a kid's novelty toy, which in a way it really is. Since its release to the market a few years ago, kids and adults all over the world have gone crazy over this delightful gadget. It is even frequently used as a source of fun and competition among friends. Despite this element of entertainment, however, one must not forget that the primary function of the Signature Powerball is to strengthen the muscles in the wrists and arms.

So how does it actually work? The Signature Powerball contains an internal balance rotor that spins as you rotate the ball. As you rotate the ball faster and faster, the rotor gathers speed as well and begins to produce an amount of resistance. On the average, people can make the Signature Powerball spin to speeds of about 13,000 rpm, which generates approximately 30 lbs of resistance.

When you are using the Signature Powerball, you will notice that it gets harder to hold on to the ball as the speed increases. Your fingers will start to hurt as they struggle to keep the ball in control. Even the muscles in your arms and shoulder will start to feel the tension as the ball keeps gathering speed.

Most users of the Signature Powerball are able to bring it up to about 3,000 rpm during the first few tries but after a few practice rounds, you will easily be able to bring it up to a top speed of 16,000 rpm or even more, if you are really strong and focused.

People can benefit from the Signature Powerball in different ways. If you are an athlete, a musician or anyone who relies heavily on wrist strength, buying your own Signature Powerball and using it regularly will definitely prove to be a worthwhile investment.
