A newsletter provides interaction because it is a medium wherein the company's views can be heard. Keep in mind that company information should be minimal and only convey important information. People are usually interested in newsletters that deliver beneficial information. Hence, tips and advice about the industry or niche will usually get their attention and keep them from maintaining their newsletter subscription.
