Movies are one form of entertainment that we all love to see. The various stories that we see on these movies can take us to another world. While many of these movies are produced as originals there are some that have their origins in various action cartoons and comics. These comics include famous superheroes from DC comics and others from the universe of Marvel comics. These Marvel movies are very well known.
While we can enjoy these movies as stand alones there are times when knowing a little background to the storyline can make these movies even more interesting. Since 1989 we have been able to watch different Marvel movies. Some of these Marvel movies may not live up to our expectations but they are on the whole quite good.
The very first Marvel character to be shown in a movie was that of the Punisher. This made for television Marvel movie took us on a journey through the life of the Punisher and how he evolved. The evolution of a superhero or heroine is very important to us as we get to understand what changed the main character into a crime fighter.
After the Punisher the many different Marvel superheroes and villains were brought to life on the big screen. In these Marvel movies we see not only the change in the life of the character but we get to experience the many difficulties that they face in their alter egos or as in the case of the Fantastic Four Marvel movie the problems that these characters faces with the public as they were constantly in the eye of the public.
In many cases these Marvel movies are so popular that there are sequels that are made. Sometimes a few of these sequels will not do as well as the originals. This is probably because the public has high expectations for the further adventures of their favorite characters.
Besides the Punisher and the Fantastic Four, the other Marvel Movies includes the DareDevil, Elektra, the X-Men Marvel Movies, Spiderman, Blade, and The Incredible Hulk. These are the current set of Marvel movies and there are other Marvel characters who are also due to be seen on the big screen. Until that time comes we can always rent these Marvel movies and enjoy seeing our favorite characters pound their way through legions of bad guys.
This being said the next time you hear about the many Marvel characters that have yet to make their appearance on the big screen you can be thankful that you just have to wait for a little while for the various movie companies to realize their good fortune with Marvel movies and the many people who love watching them.
