What is great about Paypal is the owner does not have to worry about chargebacks because only the company can decide to issue a refund to a consumer, otherwise Paypal will not debit the company's account. Another company found with low fees is MerchantWarehouse, which gives you the lowest price guarantee for fees. However, with higher monthly maintenance fees and yearly processing fees, as well as the purchase of the credit card processor, the upfront costs are a bit excessive.

In conclusion, accepting CC's as a form of payment is a very viable option for many people who may have been turned off by other companies' high processing fees. Using such companies as MerchantOne, MerchantWarehouse, and Paypal can result in cheaper processing fees for these cards. While losing 2-3% of your income to fees can be a turnoff, owners may also find an increase in business because they have an edge due to accepting such cards. While I do pay $100 or more in credit card fees a month, I have also noticed an increase of $30,000 in business in just the few short months since adding these cards as an accepted form of payment. I highly recommend adding these cards as a form of payment, especially when there are ways to find cheap cc processing!
