Long ago people used credit cards for large purchases, and they often did not think about using their credit cards very often. Currently, many merchants accept credit cards for large purchases and small purchases as well. In the past, people would use their credit cards to buy a washing machine, but they would not dream of making a small purchase with their credit card. Small coffeehouses now accept credit cards so people sometimes pay for a cup of coffee by swiping a card. Brilliant people developed computers, and then they developed many services for these computers. Later some of these same geniuses developed the internet where many merchants set up websites. Some of these websites sold clothing, and other websites sold chocolates. There are now websites for education and websites for banking. One of the great things about all of these innovations is the myriad tasks people can do using these websites. People do not need to have cash to use these websites because most of them accept credit cards.
People in their pajamas can use their credit cards to study history online or gamble at another website. These people do not have to leave their homes to do many different things because they can use their credit cards to pay for the services that they use via the internet. Many merchants will take a credit card to pay for an order of chocolates or a brand new car. People in their pajamas can look at the latest model cars from many different manufacturers. After checking out a number of cars, these people still in their pajamas can check the consumer reports before entering their credit card number to purchase their next automobile.
