What Should be the Definition of Hell

What should be the definition of Hell?

We have been told that all those who are not working on the right path shall be examined after death and finding out them guilty of bad deeds they shall be sent to Hell. Complete description of Hell is not available with us because that has not been given to us. We have been told that most of us shall be given rebirth to complete circle of 84,00,000 lives and when they were prescribing this circle, they did not tell us the time for which we shall be retained in the Hell and given punishment for our bad deeds. All calculations given update are confusing and are not giving us the clear picture.
Hell has not been defined. But we can say that people in the Hell may not be getting two time meals, they may not be provided with suitable accommodation, they may be kept hungry and thirsty, they may be asked to wear rags, they may be kept ailing without treatment, they may be asked to bear heat and cold, they may be kept dirty, they may be kept backward, they may be declared as un-touched, they may be beaten daily, they may not be allowed to have sound sleep, their brains and hearts shall remain under stresses and burden. Some hardships could be enumerated. The people in the Hell shall be suffering all these hardships.
But if we examine the people in the world, we shall come to the conclusion that most of the people who are called poor people in each country are suffering all these hardships in this world and in this life and therefore, they cannot expect a worse life and conditions after their death. Some people have started saying that the people who are suffering in this world are actually facing Hell conditions in their life because they could not be given the whole punishment in the Hell and they are asked to complete the tenure in this life. We know that once a family goes poor, it shall be breeding poverty for so many generations and there are no chances of stopping this circle. When even governments cannot bring out these people from poverty and backwardness, even governments starts to say that they are unlucky people and therefore, the people who are poor start praying before God to end this Hell in their life.
We have seen that in countries where the number of poor people is on the higher side, those countries are devotees of God and more and more prayers are conducted on each day in religious places or at the houses and even then they are not given freedom from these problems of poverty. The states have already failed to root out poverty from the countries and therefore, even God is not listening to the prayers of the poor people because they are not in a position to offer before God. It means even God listens to the rich and the powerful people and He too has started ignoring the prayers of the poor people and they remain suffering. In countries like one India, we the people are more devoted to God, but even then the number of illiterate people, poor people, unemployed people, people living in mud houses, people living in huts, people suffering from hunger, ailments and diseases is on the higher side and even their prayers and all agitations before the state could not bring them up.
So the people who are interested in defining Hell they should come in any country and they should go the house of a poor person and they shall find all the conditions and situations in that house which shall be sufficient to establish the definition of 'Hell' and there shall be no need to locate these conditions in a holy book.;
