Do Cellulite Massage Creams Work?Related Videos
Both men and women suffer from a skin condition called cellulite. Cellulite is often found in skin areas of the pelvis, lower limbs and abdomen. There are a lot of factors which contribute to the formation of cellulite. Because a lot of people are suffering from cellulite, a lot of manufacturers have formulated their own version of anti cellulite creams. Cellulite creams are the most common form of treatment available for cellulite, and they are also the least expensive form of treatment. They are highly accessible and readily available for you do not need a prescription to purchase them at any drug store. A lot of these cellulite creams work by minimizing the appearance of cellulite in our skin, while some of those cellulite creams work by giving added moisture to our skin. The most common ingredients found in these cellulite creams are the following: Vitamin A: This is a vital ingredient because it targets and repairs the skin’s connective tissues. Vitamin A strengthens the tissues to prevent formation of cellulite, because we know that cellulite is seen in weak and broken tissues. L-Carnitine: This component works by boosting your metabolism so that your body will be able to eliminate its stored fat, like cellulite. (cellulite is ordinary body fat which has a dimpled look). Caffeine: This ingredient is found in coffee and soda, and has great health benefits such as improvement in skin when it is directly applied to one’s skin. This is because caffeine can improve blood circulation and increase blood flow where it is applied. This would help break down your cellulite and prevent more cellulite from forming. Creams and lotions are not the only treatments available to get rid of cellulite. They are however the easiest, cheapest and least invasive treatment option available to us today. If you massage your skin with these creams and lotions, they break up the cellulite and relocates the fat so that it does not accumulate in just one place in your body. The best way to use creams and lotions is to use them on a regular basis. Another treatment accepted by many is to undergo liposuction. This option is quite expensive and involves certain health risks. Liposuction works by suctioning the fat stored in the body, and therefore reducing the appearance of cellulite. But because this option is quite invasive, expensive and risky, a lot of people still prefer using cellulite creams and lotions.
