What exercises should I be doing to get that sexy, flat stomach I want?
In addition to eating right, of course you need to exercise and you need to learn the right exercises. The best exercises to start with are NOT ab exercises. Do not just do crunches and situps thinking you will achieve great results. Using kettlebells, a jump rope, stability ball or even your own body weight will get you much better results and are great beginner workouts. Skip the long cardio workouts and opt for more intense, less time consuming weight training and you will see better, faster results.
