Get Rid of Fat in Two to Three Weeks

Everyone you know is probably trying some new diet or gadget to lose weight. Many people I talk with in my line of work appear to be fans of the Kangaroo Diet. They just hop around from diet to diet and fad to fad until they’re tired of their lack of success.

Then they go back to eating what they always eat and gain more than they weighed before they started a new diet.

I’ve maintained a private practice and have coached clients in weight loss strategies for more than 20 years. Specializing in weight loss for that many years has taught me a lot about what works and what’s worthless.

My wife is signaling me to be brief so I’ll get right to the success tips. If you are sick and tired of broken promises from weight loss programs that don’t work, great. It means you are ready for a change. Researchers have accurately documented that 85% of the programs people try will fail. For many different reasons, not only do they not work, they can’t work!

My clients have enjoyed a 90% success rate since 1980. If there is any one secret reason for this success it is how I require they start the program.

I provide anyone I work with a sheet on which I’ve written 5 steps. Each prospective client must commit to follow these 5 steps before I’ll accept them as clients. Most of them lose 10 to 15 pounds in the 2 to 3 weeks it takes them to master these 5 steps. Only then do I start them on a personalized plan. Once we start they will hit their goal over the next 12 months.

If you’d like to get a feel for the impact of my 5 step plan, read the list. Make a commitment to yourself that you’ll read this list every day for the next 2 to 3 weeks. You’ll be amazed and what you notice in the eyes of your friends and family.

• Decide on how much weight you want to lose over the next 30 days and write it down on a 3X5 card. Once you’ve written it down promise yourself to look at the number 3 times a day for the next 30 days (in the morning, at noon, and at bedtime work best).

While you're looking at the number you've written on your card, visualize yourself in your perfect size, shape, clothes you like, and the activity you would most like to enjoy as the New You! At first this might not be easy to do, however, your visuals will become clearer and more detailed each time you practice. Just Do It!

• Eliminate Guilt! If you've ever tried to lose weight you have most likely failed. Poor will power, a bad diet, working hours that only allow for eating fast food, or any of a million reasons could explain the failure. Nothing is accomplished by feeling guilty or mentally beating yourself up. Let it go. Be kind to yourself and start over. You'll feel better and your next attempt will improve. Commit to giving up on guilt, not yourself.

• Unless your doctor has directed you to do so, stop weighing yourself every day or every week. Step on the scales when you start your weight loss program, write down your weight and put the scales into the closet. Don't pull them out again for at least 30 days.

• Drink 3 to 4 glasses of water every day and load up on vegetable snacks.

• Have fun and enjoy yourself to the Max! Life is too long to mope around worrying and fretting about how it could have been. Enjoy yourself to the fullest exactly as you are right now.

Being OK with yourself now, at this moment in time, is a very important idea for you to understand. Work on it daily.

I am a 22 year old.  My period has always been "late"  a few days or a week but never three months.  Last day of my period was Jul 02. Around August 5th I had a few spots on my underwear, but it wasn't a normal period.  Because I was on Vacation in Europe at that time I thought that it is b/c of climate/water/food change.  I didn't even get any spots in Sep. I am sexually active and in a relationship, so I thought that maybe I am pregnant.  I took the home pregnancy test and it was negative.  I took teh test a few after that but still negative.  So I went to a clinic, and they took a urine sample, ran the test and negative results again.  Now I have an appoitment scheduled with a womens doctor, but I am scared.  Has anyone had this happen before?  What could be the cause of this?  Is there another way to test for pregnancy besides using urine?
