Quite a few people have have come to realize that ab exercises are not very adequate when it comes time to getting ripped abs. As a matter of fact you need a whole body exercise in order to lower your body fat percentage. Exercises such as barbell lifts and dumbbell swings are what you need. You should also include cardio training in order to accelerate your body's metabolism. A quick interval of cardio training would be to sprint for 30 seconds then jogging slowly for 1 minute.
