Life changing, fitness tips and secrets from a seasoned pro

1st part (out of two)

 

 

 

Here is the extract from my long experience related to fitness:

 

 

1. At first I would like to congratulate you on the pursuit of your fitness objectives.You have already more odds than the average person to live a more meaningful life, reaping from it the finer harvest.Be unstoppable!

 

 

2. Though,you need not to be obsessed with fitness.Obsession is harmful in all facets of life .We exercise for a better life,we don't live to exercise. Fitness is a means ,not an end in itself.

 

 

3. Be very carefull with the quantity of food you consume-I consider the quality as granted.

 

Most people overeat mainly from ignorance.Overeating brings fat and fat brings qualms.Qualms then bring extra efforts and most possibly overtraining with all its consequences. It's a kind of a vicious circle.

 

Learn to control your food intake and save valuable time and energy!

 

 

4. I spoke about ovetraining.This is a big trap for enthusiastic and remorseful guys.Try to avoid this danger otherwise it will get you back.

 

Fitness is a marathon and not a sprint.Run wisely!

 

You need consistency!You need a cause! Try to find the cause that will keep you motivated!

 

 

5. You don't have to be slaves to endless strategies and tactics but it would beyond doubt help if you followed a plan .Otherwise you will never know where you will end up to: a cliff? A trap? A wall?

 

 

6.Look for the essence and don't bother with the minutiae! Remember the law of Pareto?

 

Go for the 80% and don't sweat the small stuff.

 

 

7. Things with fitness are obvious and simple.And they are obvious and simple because we know exactly what we have to do to reach sussess.The question is why we rarely implement the obvious and simple measures most of us know.

 

The answer is that we lack motivation and motivation cannot unluckily be bought with money.

 

Motivation should emanate from our inner selves.

 

That's why fitness is simple but not easy.

 

You will need to use the power of your mind!!
