Navy Seal Fitness Exams - Secrets Unrevealed Here

There might be many women and men who have a dream of being a part of US Navy Seals. If you're one of those, then you must increase the chance of getting inside. You must see the challenging Navy fitness examinations and witness if you might do it.

You are very lucky if you get through the 1st phase. But it's not the finale of the fitness exam as the 2nd phase starts. Within 2 minutes, you must be able to do 42 push-ups, minimum. It's better if people exceed the quota given but it's advisable to reserve energy. For another 2 minutes, you should do 50 sit-ups. Next is doing a minimum of six pull-ups, it has no time limits but you must go back to the starting pose in every repetition. Every work out has a 2 minute rest. So, here ends the 2nd section of your fitness exam.
