Mimicking obese people is a common phenomenon across the world. Even a kid at three loves to make faces on the fat man walking down the streets. Poor fellow! If that is genetic or hormonal disorder, he should immediately get treated. But if it's due to unwanted gain of calories he must cut them short without wasting a minute. Lately he will rather pay a bigger price for not controlling things at an early stage.

Obesity is the most dangerous bug that can turn your life into hell. So you must be very conscious about the calorie consumption that is the basic source of both energy and extra fat.

Fix the exact amount

From toddler to elderly people, everyone needs a certain amount of calorie to gain energy for living. But if that amount exceeds it immediately forms a niche within your body and that takes the shape of unwanted fat deposition.

What should be the routine formula

* Young children require adequate amount of carbohydrates for energy and proteins for muscle growth. Vitamins and minerals are necessary to add up the nutritional value and maintain good health. The diet pyramid gives a clear picture of the amount and specific items to be consumed with age.

* This formula doesn't fit when you reach middle age. At that time a reshuffling is required in your diet chart. Especially after thirty the amount of carbohydrates and proteins should be brought under control.

* You are not being suggested to skip out the number of time you eat food. But an overall change must be brought in what you eat. Introduce high fiber like cabbage, spinach, broccoli, pumpkins, cucumbers, lemon etc in your diet chart. Exclude beef and pork and restrict more to chicken and turkey. They are low cal than other animal proteins.

* Finally if you can shift to a vegetarian diet it is best to shape your calorie value. Change the protein item into plant protein. Have soybeans instead of beef. That carries more food value but less fat. The preparation too is simple.

The calorie support you give to your body also determines the multiplication of fat cells in your body. Normally the fat cells should be thirty five billion is an adult person. If the calorie amount is unnecessarily given a lift, the fat cells start growing in geometric progression and reach up to 150 billions at ease. Is there any need for further explanation? Just beware!

I am a 47 year old, female shut-in.(I haven't left my home more than 3 times in over 4 years, as I suffer from paranoia and anxiety.) I am 110 lbs. over weight, and have tried countless diets over 31 years only to lose the weight and gain it back plus some.  I have only my children for support, as I have lost all my friends.  I have joint pain, shortness of breath, and I am tired all the time.  I do not exercise, and do not seem to have the energy or desire to do much of anything.  I am also a smoker(heavy) and a moderate to heavy drinker.  I live on a fixed income, and do not have the money to invest in a package food program.  Does anyone out there have any suggestions other than suicide?
