Looking to lose body fat from your midsection, thighs, butt, legs or underarms?

1. Focus on metabolic efficiency
It's not the speed of your metabolism that makes you overweight... it's the efficiency. And amazingly enough, one of the best ways to create metabolic efficiency is to consume a large amount of plant-based food in your daily diet because it contains the nutrient content your body absolutely needs to operate.
2. Maintain a constant state of hydration
Nearly every single person who has excess body fat walks around in a constant state of dehydration. It's really pretty simple, water and fat don't mix... if you're body is getting enough water then it's far less likely that you're going to store body fat.
3. Eliminate the empty calorie - zero nutrition food
If you got a flabby, fat body then you're consuming enough calories, but chances are the calories are mostly empty - meaning they have no nutritional value. Empty calories are bad because your body loves to store them in your problem area fat reserves around your stomach, thighs, butt and under arms! Substitute highly nourishing food for the empty calories and you'll quickly begin to lose body fat!
4. Eat carbs at the right times
You must consume good carbohydrates to lose weight - and they must be consumed at the proper times. This means instead of eating that plate of spaghetti before bed you should be eating a chicken breast or a salad.
5. Stop over-eating
It takes your brain about 20 minutes after you're done eating to get the full signal from your stomach. Most people eat too fast and too much at one time and wind up "stuffed" before they know it! Stuffing yourself will lead to excess fat storage.
6. Consume several small meals throughout the day

9. Consume dietary fat
Dietary fat is simply a fancy term for the fat you get from the food you eat. Consume dietary fat in moderation of course.
10. Eliminate the refined sugar
Refined sugar is processed, man made sugar. The most common form of refined sugar is high fructose corn syrup and it's found in many of the foods you purchase at the supermarket. The continuous consumption of refined sugar will lead to problem area fat stores... Period! Just removing all refined sugar from your diet will have a huge impact on your midsection.
