Now it might happen that you aren't able to consciously create that feeling from within and thus cigarettes remained a part and parcel of your life. Your determination will be shaped by your behavior and vice versa.
* Start giving up one cigarette in a day and then try to enjoy the change. In the long run you will observe that you have indeed changed. The same applies for your entire food habit.
* Things never take place instantly. Therefore a concerned shape to your diet and healthy can be better given through hypnosis rather than stereotypical diet formulas.
* The greater part of this alternative method is it will allow you to have the food of your choice but will direct you to have it in a proper manner and in a right order. It's not that you will have to drop the idea of having ice creams. But it might be so that you have it once in a couple of months.

I am a 47 year old, female shut-in.(I haven't left my home more than 3 times in over 4 years, as I suffer from paranoia and anxiety.) I am 110 lbs. over weight, and have tried countless diets over 31 years only to lose the weight and gain it back plus some. I have only my children for support, as I have lost all my friends. I have joint pain, shortness of breath, and I am tired all the time. I do not exercise, and do not seem to have the energy or desire to do much of anything. I am also a smoker(heavy) and a moderate to heavy drinker. I live on a fixed income, and do not have the money to invest in a package food program. Does anyone out there have any suggestions other than suicide?
