Organic herbal teas make a wonderful, relaxing treat at the end of a hectic day!
It's a day like all the others in your work week. You get jolted out of bed by a clanging alarm, and then you rush to jump in the shower, grab a bite to eat, then get backpacks, lunches and kids ready to go to school. After getting kids on the school bus, you race to work, arriving a few minutes late. Your desk is piled high with overdue assignments, so you knock away at it for your eight hours. Afterward, you fight traffic to pick up the kids from after school activities, and get home to prepare dinner and help with homework.
At the end of a day like this, it's nice to enjoy a cup of organic loose tea to help you unwind. Enjoying a cup of white tea, or herbal tea can be just what you need to leave the cares of the day behind. Delicious organic teas are a simple way to end the stresses of your day.
White Tea
If drinking too much caffeine bothers you, white tea is a tempting alternative. White tea undergoes little processing, which means that all of the healthy benefits that come from drinking these teas, such as vitamins, polyphenols and antioxidants, are more potent than you would find in other types of teas. White tea also is a low-caffeine tea available in bulk that is not only good for you but good tasting.
Chai tea
Chai is a very popular form of bulk tea often served sweetened and with lots of milk. Made from aromatic spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and ginger mixed with Assam bulk tea, that hauntingly familiar aroma will please your palate and nose as you linger over your cup.
Black tea
Sometimes you need a hot drink with a little kick to it. Black bulk teas might be the answer to boosting your energy level. Although they contain some caffeine, black teas do not contain nearly as much as does a cup of coffee, so it offers a healthier alternative for those who love a full- flavored hot beverage but need to be mindful of caffeine levels.
